TERMS & CONDITIONS (MACS FOR SCHOOL)
- “Macs for School” is the term used exclusively for iOne’s corporate social responsible campaign to provide Apple computers to schools in Cambodia. We reserve the coined campaign title for iOne company; any other company copying our title in whole or in part will be seen as violating ethical social responsibility code of conduct to confuse the public.
- “Mac for School” trade-in campaign does not guarantee that iOne will accept all trade-ins brought in by customers. The trade-in item has to meet the following condition;
- Only Apple computers with model & make listed in our “Trade-in List” will be accepted. Kindly refer to our published list in our communication materials located at iOne Service Center, Monivong Boulevard or on website.
- Used Apple computers that are not listed on our trade-in acceptable list will not be entertained. Customers bring in their used Apple computers at their own risk and cost.
- Only Apple computers which are in reasonably good or repairable condition will be accepted. iOne reserves the full right to accept or reject customers used Apple computer intended for trade-in.
- iOne will not accept stolen Apple computers and if deemed suspicious of such crime, the bearer will be brought to justice with local authorities.
- All used Apple computers will be evaluated based on our proprietary evaluation system and offers will be given accordingly based on condition & model. However iOne is not obliged to accept all computers or give an official printed price offer to customers.
- Price offers are only valid upon evaluation day, the minute the customer leaves the center, the price offer will automatically be made void and if the customer brings in the computer on another day, a new evaluation may be required.
- iOne perform general evaluation on each computer without physical disassembly to the units; any damages found are strictly the responsibility of the owners and not due to iOne’s examination.
- iOne will only accept qualified customer’s Apple computers based on trade-in system where the customers agree to purchase a new Apple computer. iOne do not buy used Apple computers outright without corresponding purchase by customers.
- iOne accepts all specified Apple computers regardless if it was bought from iOne or not.
- Although the general purpose of trade-in computer is for Macs For School Campaign, customers has no say as to the final destination or use of the traded-in computers and iOne reserves this information confidentially.
- Once traded-in, the used computers becomes the property of iOne and no refund or return will be entertained.
