How the Trade-In Program Works
1. In the meantime, you should back up your old computer at home, or have us transfer the data onto the new computer for you. Make sure to check your backup carefully because your old computer will be securely erased after you trade it in.
2. Bring your old computer into iOne Service Center with as many of its original accessories as possible: original box, power cord, original software installation disks, keyboard, mouse, etc.
3. Our staff will have the computer tested and give you a Trade-In offer based on the computer's condition and accessories included.
