How the Trade-in Program Works

1.   Fill out the trade-in form below, you will be contacted by our staff.
2.   In the meantime, you should back up your old iPad at home, or have us transfer the data onto the new iPad for you. Make sure to check your backup carefully because your old iPad will be securely erased after you trade it in.
3.   Bring your old iPad into iOne Service Center with as many of its original accessories as possible: original box, power cord, etc.
4.   Our staff will have the iPad tested and give you a trade-in offer based on the iPad's condition and accessories included.
