Sales Executive (Mother Childe Care Products)
1) Job Responsibilities
• Promote and sell outdoor baby products (feeding bottles, soothers…etc.) to retail stores,
distributors, and end customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and baby product retailers.
• Conduct in-store product demonstrations and participate in baby expos or outdoor fairs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to management.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
• New accounts acquired and retained.
• Customer satisfaction and feedback quality.
• Participation and success in promotional events.
2) Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, baby product sales, or outdoor/lifestyle goods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Positive attitude, hardworking and honest.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus.
